The only way you are getting to that finish line in one piece without hurting yourself, is to look after yourself. Last thing that is needed is feeling ill or injured half way round and not getting that amazing feeling of crossing the finishing line.

With the help of Kiqplan I have been able to keep track of my well-being the past 5 weeks now. {well kind of} Running is not a new thing to me but keeping overall track of myself is - especially the sleep side of it. It is surprising in the little sleep I actually get, how much I stir.

Kiqplan is designed to help women of all ages, shapes and sizes and uses information from your activity tracker, smart phone or app about the number of steps you take or calories you eat to design a training plan specifically for you.
