It doesn't really count

I know I have been reading a lot of posts about new years resolutions, be it in in 'real life' or the 'blog world' (I'm really not sure how to word that properly) and although I have been asked several times I don't have one of these resolutions, it doesn't phase me in the slightest. If I want to do something I will start any time of the year I won't wait til new year to do it. That's the way it should be, want that 'perfect body' start working on it. Don't give in to New Year pressure, fad diets and gym deals. I have seen so many people turn their lives around fitness wise over the past year. Me being one of them, or attempting to ;) no I joke. I have been good, I started going to the gym regularly. I took part in around 4 events and marshalled many others. Guess what... I will be doing exactly the same this year.

Of course yes I have goals, but that ain't because it is January. I want a better routine, I want to push my body further, look into weight training more. Most important take part in more events, especially when I rope my friends in to them as well. Things are a lot easier when you have someone else to laugh with.

I guess if you wanted to know where this blog was going for 2016 it would be recording that journey. As well as looking at fun other things I get up too with the people around me.
So lets just wait and see.
