The Long Reach, Beefeater

06:00

After a massive £200k revamp The Long Reach has reopened it's doors, with a nice modern look.

As soon as you walk in there is a welcoming feel, with a nice bar area if you simply wanted a few drinks or comfortable booth seating for dining with friends and family. We had the opportunity to go check out the new look and delightful updated menu.

The updated menu is packed full of the favourites such as steaks, ribs and burgers and now Beefeater even offers unlimited skinny or triple cooked chips with selected main meals.

Kids have the chance to have a two or three course meal with juice. Kids also get a little themed activity book and crayons to keep them entertain whilst you wait for the food to arrive.

Our waitress was lovely and friendly, she made sure we never run low on drinks. Kept checking in to make sure everything was ok without being too intrusive. We enjoyed a main course and pudding each, including the pizza and funny face sundae making off the kids menu. The meals were perfect portions and the opportunity for more chips was nice if we were feeling a bit peckish.

With Steak and (unlimited) Chips starting at £10.99 and a Daytime Menu dishes start from £4.99 Monday – Saturday. Beefeater is also open for breakfast, with kids eat free everyday. So going to your local Beefeater will not break the bank.

*We were given some vouchers towards our meal, this does not effect our opinion in anyway.
