Leg Press 3 sets / 30 reps
Dumbbell Lunges 2 sets / 10 reps
Seated Leg Curls 3 sets / 10 reps
Two-arm Kettlebell Swings 3 sets / 10 reps
followed by 10 minutes intense bike.
