Amazing kids Magazine found it's way into my post recently, and I am so glad it did.

Having a background in the classroom and going ahead with becoming a teacher, I thought I might try look at this with a 'teacher' hat on. Designed for boys and girls aged 7+ and it covers a lot of the National Curriculum with subjects such as Maths, English, Science, History, Geography Arts, and lots more. This magazine takes the topics that children often find fun and uses it to get them thinking.

First things first and straight away you notice the amazing quality of paper, brilliant graphics and lots of eye-catching colour. and NO unwanted adverts! Truly 36 pages of cool facts and activities. Not only is there bits to read though but there is also recipes to follow and quizzes to waste time on and a competition in each magazine which has no time limit so you can join in whatever time of the year, which would make a great classroom activity.

It gets a massive thumbs up from me, as I could use so much of this information towards make cool lessons plans. For group work and independent learning, I would recommend looking into it for home education too.

An annual subscription is just £49 for 12 issues (a full year) and various deals for teachers/schools. And digital subscriptions are also available from iTunes, googleplay and Kindle stores for £23.99.
